While we have standardized processes for getting projects from start to finish, we customize each project to our clients’ needs. Take a look at each phase of our design-build process.
CONSULTATION
After an initial phone call. We’ll schedule a consultation to walk through your space and discuss your vision for your home.
ESTIMATE
Once we have a good idea of your vision and what is needed to get there, we’ll prepare an estimate for your budgeting and planning purposes.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION & PLANNING
If you don’t already have approved plans and they are needed for your project, we can enlist one of our architect partners to help with the design of your new space to obtain the necessary permits.
DESIGN - BUILD
We work with a trusted team of professionals that allows us to offer architectural, engineering, interior design, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, concrete, and masonry services inclusive of your contract with us. Working with our team ensures that all aspects of your project go smoothly to minimize change orders, unexpected expenses, and delays in your schedule. Once we receive your signed construction agreement, we get to work with demo, selecting finishes and fixtures, framing, plumbing, electric, and any other aspects involved in your project.
FINISHING TOUCHES
We ensure that no detail is overlooked and your finished space is left clean before we turn it back over to you. Our work is guaranteed up to one year after project completion.
